We invite you to become a member of the Professional Asian Pilots Association (PAPA). Membership is open to any individual or organization whose beliefs line up with our vision. Currently, PAPA is mostly comprised of Asian-American aviation professionals from multiple U.S. carriers, private organizations and public service branches. Through our heritage, we strive to represent all facets of the Asian community across the world.

PAPA Membership Benefits
Mentorship Program
The PAPA Mentor Program aims to provide guidance to our members by pairing them up with a vetted and trained mentor. Assigned mentors will be specifically tailored to each mentee’s background and career goals.
Connect and Grow Your Network
Gain access to our exclusive PAPA chat server. Members will have a safe space to have meaningful conversations about the industry, connect with like-minded individuals, share a laugh, or simply have a casual fireside discussion. The server also has voice and video call capabilities to facilitate virtual meetings and social gatherings!
Priority registration to all PAPA professional and social events.
Depending on interest, we are exploring the creation of regional (East/West coast, LA Metro area, etc.), collegiate (ERAU, UND, etc.) and job-specific (FAs, ATC, mechanics, etc.) membership chapters. Please contact us if you would like to help establish one.
Educational & Career Seminars
We plan to organize virtual and physical sessions aimed at providing support to members pursuing an education or career in aviation.
Scholarships & Grants
One of our goals is to help ease the financial barriers of a career in aviation. We are proud to provide over $250,000 in annual scholarships in conjunction with our partner organizations.
Volunteer Opportunities
We aim to create plenty of opportunities for those who are seeking leadership roles, as well as those who are looking to help advance our mission and give back to the community. If you have an idea or initiative you would like to collaborate on, please let us know!
Membership Options
Thanks for being a PAPA Partner! Depending on the agreement with your Partner Organization, you have access to up to one year of PAPA Regular Membership.
Annual membership for individuals.
Become a lifelong ally of PAPA. Lifetime members will receive special recognition at our events.
Membership option for our corporate allies. Corporate members have exclusive access to a "Corporate" role on our Discord server to post relevant company updates and career opportunities within our network. This role will allow corporate members' posts to stand out. They will also receive priority registration to PAPA events.
